Web Shop Pro

Web Shop Pro provides businesses who wish to sell online with a feature-rich online shop that takes customers through the order and payment process securely.

Web Shop Pro is customised to match the look and feel of each client, but runs from a common code-base owned and developed by Clockwork. A shopping basket system is provided, with products ordered by category as appropriate.

Customers can add numerous items to a shopping basket, and will undergo a checkout process on the ecommerce website before being forwarded to a payment processing provider (Protx, Worldpay, etc) for payment, and then back to the main site for a ‘Thank-You’ page.

The shop administrator and the customer receive order confirmations by email once the order has been placed.

The shop consists of however many products and product categories are required, and all information will be editable through the administration centre of Web Shop Pro.

Customers will be able to log in to view their outstanding orders, order statuses, links to courier tracking if suitable, and view contact details.
